Location:
The accommodation is located in a greenery neighborhood close to the city centre of The Hague. You will find a nice and relaxing park on walking distance from the property called “Nieuw Eykenduinen”. The city centre is just 10 minutes away with the tram which goes every 15 minutes, or you could also rapidly reach the centre by bicycle: within 15 minutes. The university is only 20 minutes away with the tram. Furthermore, in this area you will find the supermarkets (such as Albert Heijn) and drugstores within walking distance!

Shared responsibility:
We have a shared responsibility regarding the residence’s maintenance. We deliver a clean apartment with all the furniture you need, therefore we expect you to handle this with care. The bathroom is shared with the studio upstairs, so it needs to be maintained by both parties.

Finance:
The monthly rental price includes the furniture. Furthermore, the advance service costs for gas, water, electricity, internet will be €145 per month, leading to a total monthly rental price of €1100 per month. If you do not excessively use the utilities, then you will not have to pay extra. However, if the consumption of the utilities exceeds the utility costs, then you will be responsible for the additional fees.
